How does the free trial work?+

Every download comes with a 7-day free trial — no credit card needed to start. Use every feature during the trial, and when it ends Timely points you to our website to upgrade. If you choose not to, Timely simply stops generating availability; nothing is charged.

Which platforms are supported?+

Both macOS and Windows. macOS is a universal build for Apple Silicon and Intel, and there's a Windows installer for Windows 10 and 11.

Which calendars can I connect?+

Outlook / Microsoft 365 and Google Calendar. You can connect several accounts at once — useful if you manage availability for multiple executives — and Timely also auto-discovers calendars shared with a connected Outlook login.

Is my calendar data private?+

Yes. For availability, Timely reads only free/busy times — never the contents of your meetings — and computes everything on your device, talking directly to Microsoft and Google. Nothing about your calendar passes through our servers, and OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in your OS keychain.

How do I activate my license after purchasing?+

After checkout you'll receive a license key by email. Open Timely, go to Settings → Subscription, and paste the key to unlock the app.

How do I update my payment details or cancel?+

Billing is handled by Polar. Use the billing portal below to sign in with your purchase email, where you can update your card, download invoices, or cancel anytime. A portal link is also included in every Polar receipt email.

Do you offer team or volume pricing?+

Yes — the Timely Teams plan starts at 5 seats, and the per-seat price drops as you add more. One billing manager pays for the team and assigns seats by email; each seat gets its own license. You can add or remove seats anytime from the billing portal, with any change prorated automatically.

How do I manage seats for my team?+

Open the Polar customer portal (link below) and sign in with your billing email, then go to Overview → Manage Subscription → Assign/Revoke Seats. From there you can invite a teammate by email (they each get their own license), revoke a seat to free it up for someone else, and add or remove seats — any change is prorated automatically.

What are the keyboard shortcuts?+

Press ⌘⇧A (Ctrl+Shift+A on Windows) anywhere to generate availability, and ⌘⇧C (Ctrl+Shift+C) to open the calendar quick-view. Both shortcuts are customizable in Settings.
