Setup

Set up in under a minute

Four quick steps from download to your first pasted availability.

    Download Timely

    The download starts automatically. If it doesn't, tap the Download button above.

  2. 2

    Drag it into Applications

    Open the downloaded file and drag Timely into Applications when it prompts you.

  3. 3

    Open Timely

    Launch it from Applications. It lives in your menu bar and stays running, so it's always a shortcut away.

    Paste your license key

    In Timely, go to Settings → Subscription and paste the license key from your email to activate.

A few settings that make shared availability accurate, tidy and effortless.

Recipient timezones

Pick the timezone you're sending to with Outlook-style labels, e.g. (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time. Recently used zones stay at the top so common ones are a keystroke away.

Your home timezone

Set your own timezone once so every generated slot is converted correctly — no mental maths, and the pasted banner always reads in the recipient's zone.

Working hours

Clamp availability to sensible local hours (default 08:00–20:00) so you never surface a 4 a.m. slot, even when working across the world.

Buffers

Add padding before and after meetings — e.g. 15 or 30 minutes — so back-to-back calls don't leak into the times you share.

Multiple executive calendars

Connect several Outlook / Microsoft 365 and Google accounts, plus shared calendars. Fire the shortcut, pick whose availability to send, and jump to an exec by pressing its number.

Keyboard shortcuts

Press ⌘⇧A anywhere to generate availability, and ⌘⇧C to open the calendar quick-view. Both are customizable in Settings.
